2010 SILVER MEDAL AWARD RECOGNIZES SANDY WEISBERGER  The AAF Silver Medal Award Program was established in 1959 to recognize professionals who have made outstanding contributions to advertising, and who have been active in furthering the industry’s standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern.
The AAF-Madison Silver Medal Committee reviewed nominations and matched the criteria to select the 2010 Silver Medal Award winner – Sandy Weisberger. As a 19-year employee of The Hiebing Group, Sandy utilized and applied his understanding of marketing and media to realize client business objectives. He is a business thinker, hard worker, trustworthy and sincere. He served on the MAF Board of Directors, chaired the Speaker’s Bureau, the AdBid Auction Fundraiser and the Voluntary Action Committee. Sandy has been a volunteer for United Way of Dane County since 2002. He is a selfless individual giving this time to a number of campaigns; the opening of the Monona Terrace, Boys & Girls Club of Dane County and most recently the Susan G. Koman for the Cure.
