A Message from our President, Tom Keeler - November 2008
This summer brought many changes to our organization - the conclusion of Lois Weiland's 21-year tenure and transition to AAF Madison, ensuring
closer integration with our national AAF brand and services. Leading us through this time of change was Julie Redders, executive director. Julie
worked tirelessly over the past five months to guide our club through this significant amount of change in a very short period.
For those of you who have not heard, Julie has resigned and her term will officially end on 11/30. On behalf of the Board, I thank Julie for her
efforts and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors. We hope to see her at future programs and events as a member and friend of AAF Madison.
As a professional organization governed by a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers, the lessons learned in this time of change are many.
