A Message from our President, Tom Keeler - November 2008

This summer brought many changes to our organization - the conclusion of Lois Weiland's 21-year tenure and transition to AAF Madison, ensuring closer integration with our national AAF brand and services. Leading us through this time of change was Julie Redders, executive director. Julie worked tirelessly over the past five months to guide our club through this significant amount of change in a very short period.

For those of you who have not heard, Julie has resigned and her term will officially end on 11/30. On behalf of the Board, I thank Julie for her efforts and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors. We hope to see her at future programs and events as a member and friend of AAF Madison.

As a professional organization governed by a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers, the lessons learned in this time of change are many. Read more.

Dozens of Ad 2 members and guests dusted off their leg warmers, crimped their wicked hair and grabbed some acid-washed jeans for the Ad 2 Madison's 5th Annual Halloween Bash-Nightmare on King Street: 80's in ‘08 on Thursday, October 30. This year's party was held in the lower level of Madison's Downtown where dudes and dudettes Pac-Manned through munchies and slammed back drinks donated by Bud Light and Absolut Vodka. Read more.
